Basic definitions
regarding copyrights using the Berne Union for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Property (Berne Convention) provides a good summary for web site issues.

In short what this means is... you don't have the right to use another person's intellectual property for commercial purposes, this is inclusive of my work on this web site, and any other web sites I build, but you may use such property for education purposes with acknowledgement to Wendy Meers.
